Exit the airport onto E Tahquitz Canyon Way, heading east.

Turn right (south) onto N Farrell Dr / Gene Autry Trail, which becomes E Palm Canyon Dr / CA-111.

Continue on CA-111 S through Cathedral City and into Palm Desert (about 10–12 miles).

Turn onto Portola Ave or Fred Waring Dr depending on the exact final approach, then make your way to Preston Trail.

Arrive at 77401 Preston Trail on your right/left.
